Khwaish Part 27

It was a beautiful Sunday morning, sun had just risen and as it was the month of October, the cold breeze was flowing. Three  souls are sleeping peacefully and cozily under the quilt, sun rays peeped through the curtains and reached their eyes ,the chirping sound of birds disturbed the little soul and she woke up , stretched herself , and sit on bed looking on her either side and lazily moved and leaned on her papa’s tummy , again closing her sleepy eyes . ……….. after  laying there for few minutes, she again raise up and then looked towards the window where it’s started lighting up due to morning rays, she crawled upwards and sit beside her papa’s face and started patting his arm to wake him up , but shaan was not in a mood to get up so early in the morning , he looked at her through his droopy eyes , raised his one hand and hold her waist to drag her towards him and then took her above him , laid her down above his tummy and started patting her head in order to make her sleep too

Shaan : so ja na mera gudda , itni jaldi thodi uthte hai koi

Khwaish laid there for few minutes looking here and there still in her father’s tight grip and trying to search ’ what to do next ?’ and then again looked upwards , tried to get freed from his hold and then fall down on bed  while wriggling out from his grip on her ………. she again sit back and now started chanting “ papa ………….. pa pa …………. “

Shaan opened his eyes and raised his eyebrows as if to ask ‘what??’

Khwaish looked at him with a sweet smile and clapped her hands to show her ecstatic and then raised her one hand towards window as if asking him to take her there but shaan didn’t understand it and again took her above him and squeezed her tightly in his embrace , kissing her hairs

Shaan : kahan jana hai ?

Khwaish then freed herself from him and sit above him and again raised her hands towards window “ chiya …………..chiya “ ………………. khwaish heard the chirping sounds of the birds and that is why wants to go towards the window and see them , shaan understood her saying birds as ‘chiya’ and then smiled

Shaan : ‘chiya’ dekhna hai meri gudiya ko ?

Khwaish smiled happily and jumped up there as if understood that now papa will take her to show the birds , shaan hold her and sit on bed , kissed her cheeks lovingly and asked her to say first “ jai shree Krishna “ , khwaish lovingly joined her both hands and with her cute voice says meekly  ‘jai’ . shaan smiled again return back her greeting by giving a peck on her cheeks “ jai “.

Khanak was sleeping peacefully on her side least affected by the voice , as she has got habituated with it , but still shaan takes care to make less sound to not disturb her .  khwaish then moved from his lap………..  crawled on bed and tried to slid down , shaan was looking at her confused as if what she is doing but she slid down from bed and moved towards her toys , picked up her bunny and again crawled back taking it in one hand , shaan smiled seeing her action . she hold the bunny in her one hand and again starts crawling and came towards the bed , when she reached , she sat back there and hold the bunny and gave it to shaan to hold it , shaan hold the  bunny and gave her the questioning look as if asking ………‘ what to do with it ? ‘ 

she hold the edge of the bed…….. Stood up, tried to climb back into the bed and get succeeded at last. she moves toward shaan and sat on his lap again, hold the bunny and then again looked towards him with a sweet smile “ chiya ………chiya  “ . shaan was confused seeing her action but it amused him to no end to understand his little sweetheart’s action

Shaan : isko( bunny) kyun leke aayi ? isko bhi chiya dekhna hai kya ?

Khwaish looked at him with wide smile as if telling that ‘yes’ her bunny too would like to see birds along with her and that is why she picked it up and does the whole circus .

Shaan chuckled seeing her smile and kissed her lovingly on her cheeks again squeezing her little , and then took her towards washroom for freshening her up first and then came out and make her stand on the sofa which was placed just beside the window , she immediately stood up holding his hands and tried to move with her little feet towards the head rest to hold it for support , she stood there holding the head rest and shaan kept her bunny on the little space below the window. She jumped up with joy seeing the birds flew in the sky , some of them came and sit on the electric wires  just outside their window , but hearing her loud sound they flew away immediately , she then make sad face and looked back at shaan , he smiled seeing her  disappointment…..

Shaan : gayi ?? chiya gayi  ?

Khwaish then nodes agreeing “ dayi ……….. chiya ……… dayi “ ( she use to call ‘gayi’ as’ dayi’ )

Shaan too sat beside her where she was standing and saw her happiness seeing the outside view early in the morning , he too glanced outside and saw the beauty of the city at early hours of morning , their building was at 2^nd floor , he can see some children  are playing in the park opposite to their building ,  few people are  jogging and oldies doing yoga sitting on the grass of the garden , ………he  got reminded of days when he too use to go for jogging , but after khwaish’s birth it reduced as he had to take care of her in morning . As khanak took care of her whole night by changing her nappies, or feeding or when she didn’t sleep then to play with her during odd hours  at night , so he take care of  khwaish during morning so that khanak can sleep peacefully during morning ours and that is why it becomes her habbit , she wake up shaan insist of khanak at morning .

He thought to go on a walk today and to take her too. shaan left her there and moved towards the cupboard , changed his track pant and came holding khwaish’s jacket , socks and hat , so that she didn’t get cold from the cold breeze flowing outside.

He hold her hand and make her sit on the sofa , she looked at him with confused expression as if trying to know what her papa is doing , shaan make wear socks and jacket and hat , she immediately pulled out her hat and throw it on floor , shaan looked at her with confused expression “ what ? “

He again tried to make her wear it , she pulled out again and throws it again , shaan then again picked it up from floor

Shaan : kya kar rahi hai gudiya , kyun nayi pahena ?  yeh acchi nayi hai ? dusri pahnao ?

Khwaish nodded her head with ‘no ‘ and then again looked towards windows and asked “ chiya ………. Chiya “

Shaan : haan apan chiya dekhne hi ja rahe hai , par pahle aap yeh hat jaldi se pahno phir apan chiya dekhne jayenge , neeche garden mein , hai na ?

Shaan again put it on her head but she again pulled it out saying “ nayi ……….”

Shaan then looked at her with stern expression.

Shaan : ab agar aapne nikala toh pitti padegi , jaldi se hat pahno , papa aapko garden leke ja rahe hai na , nayi jana kya ?

Khwaish looked at him innocently and then didn’t take it out again. shaan smiled at her and then gave her a quick peck on her cheeks “ Good girl “

Shaan wrote a note on a paper for khanak and placed it above khwaish’s pillow to let her know that they are going for a walk. And also kept her doll above it, so that paper doesn’t get flew away. Then both father and daughter headed towards the door , khwaish gets ecstatic as she is going out with papa so early in the morning and she chirped happily in anticipation when shaan make her wore her little sandals too .

Shaan : gudiya , aaj papa ke saath walking pe jayegi na ?

Khwaish looked towards him showing her little teeth conveying her happiness and seeing her smile , shaan to got happy and again kissed her cheeks  “ choti si gudiya , papa ki “
