Khwaish Part 28

( again an excellent creation from heer .......................thank you so much heer for making it for khwaish :) )

Shaan hold her in his arms and take the stairs to get down, khwaish’s ecstatic has no bound and she was happily chirping and clapping her hands showing her happiness, shaan too smiled seeing her happiness and gave a sweet and loving kiss on her cheeks “ gudiya, itni khush ho rahi hai “ , khwaish leaned on him and curled her arms around his neck,  as if to give a bear hug to papa for taking her out for a walk for the first time .when she was in Delhi jai or her nanaji used to take her daily for a walk which she loved it and also gets happy to see the birds and animals around.

They reached down and moved towards the garden, their comes one old man, who saw khwaish and immediately called out her and came towards them ………….

Old man : khwaishhhhh………

Khwaish looked here and there to see from where voice is coming, there she saw him and smiled, old man came near her and pulled out her cheeks lovingly.

Old man : aaj subah subah kaise aayi gudiya, park mein ja rahi hai  ?

Khwaish just smiled seeing him , Shaan was looking at them with confused expression as he don’t know the person but his naughty daughter seems to be knowing him. Old man saw shaan and then smiled, shaan too smiled back seeing him.

Old man: hello! ahh…….. Her father?

Shaan : hello , ya she is my daughter  J

Old man: ohh…. actually, she use to come daily in the park with khanak , and that is why I know her but I am seeing you for the first time .

Shaan : ya , I  use to be in office at evening time , so cant able to come here , but today I thought to take her  out and also do walking along with her .

Old man : great thought, ……………she is such a sweet girl ,hamara toh din hi pura nayi hota ek din bhi agar yeh nayi aati toh , iseliye hamne khanak beta ko bhi bolke rakha hai ki khwaishh ko roj laya kare woh park , nayi toh hum uske ghar aa jayenge ……………….. Oh by the way hum matlab mein aur meri wife, who sham ko aati hai mere saath  aur mein subah sham dono time aata hoon walk pe , but who subah soti rahti hai , iseliye mein akela aata hunn subah ke time .

Shaan smiled and asked khwaish to say ‘ jai ‘ to the old man , which she did it lovingly and cutely

Shaan : aap isse society mein rahte hai ? ( shaan don’t attend much society gattering or functions , so he don’t know many people there )

Old man: haan , mein yahin rahta hunn, mein retired judge hunn aur,  bas  mein aur meri wife hi rahte hai yahan , mere bacche foreign  mein rahte hai ………but aapse kabhi mulakat hi nayi huyi

Shaan:  ya, i get busy in the office whole day and after coming home, I don’t like to go outside unless its important or urgent and during weekends we use go outside or to our home or just spend time at home

Khwaish who was listening to the convo very keenly started getting bored and then pat shaan’s shoulder “ Pa….Pa “

Shaan and old man both saw her and smiled understanding that she is getting bored

Old man : aww……… gudiya ko bore ho raha hai ab , hai na ? …………….Ok gentleman, nice to meet you , have a great day …………..Bye khwaish

Khwaish waved her hands saying ‘bye’ and then they dispersed from there to move towards the park, as it was just opposite of their building, but its gate is from other side of the lane, so they have to take long round to enter into park.

After finishing off with her shopping of regular needs item , vegetables and fruits……….Khanak use to take khwaish almost every day to the park, khwaish use to enjoy a lot in the garden and seeing her cuteness , many people who are regular too gets attracted towards her and played along with her . she don’t come during weekends and people who come during weekends ,  miss  khwaish during weekends too and they  asks  khanak to bring her on weekends too but khanak being helpless denies it.

Shaan moves further towards park and in between his way he saw many such people whom even he don’t know but they know her little daughter and almost everyone was calling her to greet her and some comes near to pull her cheeks and she too greet them with a big smile, waves hand and saying ‘ jai’ , shaan was amused to see it and kissed her cheeks lovingly with a wide smile

Shaan :  arrey waah ! papa ko toh pata hi nayi tha I meri gudiya ke itne saare friends hai

Khwaish smiled widely and again hugged him curling her arms around her. As soon as they reached near the park’s gate, he saw Mrs. Chawala going along with her black dog. He got reminded of last time fiasco and he chuckled. Mrs. Chawala came near them and saw shaan , she stopped there and came towards him with a big and seducing smile on her face which shaan noticed now after knowing her intentions from khanak , she came near them but at the same time saw khwaish in his hand , she cursed her luck and now gave a disgusted look instate of seducing smile,  amusing shaan to no end . he asked khwaish to look back who is there, khwaish looked towards Mrs. Chawala with no expression , Mrs. Chawala came near shaan with no interest now as she knows if she goes near , then khwaish would do something or other with her to make it embarrassing for her in front of shaan . She greets shaan and khwaish

Mrs. Chawala : Hello khwaish

Khwaish didn’t respond and shaan was having hidden smile throughout seeing khwaish’s reaction towards Mrs. Chawala , but to get entertain further ….

Shaan : khwaish anty ko hello karo , ……….. shake your hand

Khwaish looked at shaan with a questioning look as if didn’t understand what he says, mrs. Chwala extended her hand further daringly thinking that she won’t do anything in front of shaan , thinking that she gets scared  from Mr. Khandelwal , …………..khwaish looked at Mrs. Chawala’s extended hand and thought that she is trying to take her in her arm like always as she did forcefully,………….. khwaish immediately jerked her hand  saying “ buppppp ………….”,. ………………..shaan was looking dumstruck at her response towards Mrs. Chawal , with a hidden chuckle which he didn’t tried to  make it evident on his face . Mrs. Chawala cursed herself for extending her hand towards her and immediately excused herself from there

Mrs. Chawal : See you later Mr. Khandelwal , I m getting late .

Shaan just smiled and then she moved away along with her dog. Shaan laughed loudly after she went away and kissed khwaish cheeks lovingly

Shaan : gosh ! kitna gunda bacha hai mera , mumma ne itni saari badmaashi sikhayi hai meri choti si gudiya ko , hmm ?

Khwaish looked towards him with a sweet smile too and extend her hands towards the park gate as if asking him to move further now and enter inside, which shaan did .

After entering inside she gets ecstatic to see the children playing with boll , some people jogging , and oldies doing yoga and some in a laughter club , laughing out loudly , she too beamed with joy and started laughing , shaan was amused to see her response,…………… she then extend her hand further as if asking him to take her towards that direction , he did it and then when they reached near the spot where she was asking , …………..shaan asked her  “ kya hai yahan ? “ ………….. khwaish then tried to wriggled out from his hold and shaan make her stand  on her foot  and hold her hands to give her support for walking and was moving on the direction where she was taking him with her baby steps . they reached near the small place  beside the huge tree which is made up of wood and in front of it having the wooden bars , khwaish stopped and sat there, bend down as if trying to peep inside the wooden bars ,………. it was a dog house where a small white paumalian puppy is living, whom khwaish  knows since long as she was a regular visitor of that place

Khwaish gets ecstatic to see the little dog inside who was sleeping till now but seeing khwaish he got up and started moving here and there with joy too, khwaish then moved further towards the house but shaan hold her immediately fearing if dog may do some harm to her and immediately took her in his arm, Khwaish again tried to get down from his hold but failed as he tighten his grip and asked her to not do it

Khwaish then extend her hand and bend down as if  wanted to touch it , seeing her stubbornness , shaan kneeled down too holding khwaish in his hand and came near the puppy house

Shaan : Khwaish janti hai isse ? Kaun hai yeh ?

Khwaish : Huhh ??

Shaan : yeh doggy hai ? Khwaish ka friend hai yeh ??

Khwaish(pointing her little hand towards puppy) : Babu ………..

Khwaish used to tell it (puppy) as ‘ Babu’ ……….obviously khanak taught her , though its name was ‘ honey’ but as Khwaish cant able to spell it , she called it as ‘babu’

Puppy seeing khwaish take out  one leg out of bar as if trying to shake hand with her , khwaish immediately moved further to touch it too leaving shaan amazed at her reaction , and he understood that among others , even this small animal too is her friend , and he smiled lovingly and gave a sweet peck on her cheeks …………….“ bamaash gudiya “

They played there for a while with puppy, who was moving here and there,  trying to get out of its house and khwaish gets happy seeing it moving and shaan too was happy seeing her smile.

Shaan does three round of the park holding khwaish in his arm and then he make khwaish walk too holding his fingers and she tried too walking little and then hugged him immediately when she fears that she is about to fall but shaan didn’t let her fall even once and even if she moves a step further he encourage her to move further  but after sometime she gets tired and leaned  on him lazily. He understood that she got tired now and also she didn’t have her morning milk till now so they returned back towards home .
