Khwaish Part 33

Khanak packed khwaish’s pink kitty bag having cartoon print all over its cover ,  placing her things for the day which can be needed like – diapers, her garments , water bottle , eatables – milk, juice, upma, fruits , etc ………, her favorite doll and bunny , so that they don’t have to be worried for her needs in case she cries.

Shaan got ready too till the time khanak was setting khwaish’s bag. khwaish was busy in roaming around the house from kitchen to bedroom and vice-versa, to get attention of her parents, but they both were too busy to pay any attention towards her or to take her in her arms ……….. whenever she goes to one , he/she will ask her to go to other and be with him/her ,…. if she goes in kitchen , khanak will ask her to go to her papa  and see what he is doing , if she goes to bedroom shaan being busy in getting ready ask her to go and see what mumma is doing. khwaish was just crawling from here to there,  as asked by her parents , at last frustrated she goes into the drawing  room.

Khwaish looked here and there to find things for her entertainment. Her attention was taught by a fiber boll. It was below the centre table. Khwaish immediately crawled towards it and sat there in the space between couch and centre table on the rug placed below the couch and starts playing with it. Different color of cloth pieces are attached to each other and inside it was filled soft fiber which makes the boll very light to lift and hold for the little one . She sat there comfortably keeping her legs one above the other and holding the boll on her lap. there was a small hole at one side of the boll,  which caught her attention……… she starts inserting her index finger inside that hole , due to which the hole become wider and fiber starts appearing from within . She gets curious and starts taking out fiber with her two little fingers and thumb and spread them on rug. It makes her so busy that she even didn’t care to go to her parents for a while. She sits in such a direction that at just a look around the room, no one can able to see her that she is there inside the room.

Khanak came to bedroom after finishing up her packing to give final touch up of her hairs and light make-up which she applied , while shaan was busy in placing the cash and cards in his wallet ………..both are least  bothered about  the little one, as they thought that she must be playing with her toys . After placing the things shaan looked around but she was not there, he thought that may be outside or towards the way of kitchen she must be sitting busy in playing, so he moved out of the room to take her. , he moves towards the kitchen as he thought that khanak must have left her in kitchen to play till the time she gets ready but she was not there . shaan wondered about where she gone. he called out her name and khanak too to ask her about the little one, while still searching her ………

Shaan : Khanak , where is khwaish ?

Khanak looked around the room as she thought that she must be playing in the room , as she asked her to go to her papa , but she was not there . She checked everywhere around the bed, below the couch and centre table of their room but she was not there. She checked inside bathroom too as she thought maybe she moved there to play with water, but she wasn’t there. She too came out of the room wondering where the little one gone ….

Khanak : Who…… bedroom mein hi toh aayi thi , tumhare paas

Shaan : ya, but I asked her to go to kitchen and be with you .

Khanak : oh no , I asked her to go to you …………..but ab who kahan gayi ? I searched at the bedroom everywhere but she is not there

Shaan : I too searched her everywhere here ………….where she is ?

They both called her out, while searching her everywhere, but she was least bothered to reply or react to them, so that they can see the direction from where the voice is coming……………After finishing up her task of taking out fiber from the boll, she found her little doll and started doing her dissection - took out her dress which she was wearing, unjoints her legs, hands and head from her body and spread all the parts below table, making the place messy.  

Khanak and shaan was busy in looking her all around the house as the main door was locked so there is no chance of her going out of the house, so they were searching every corner of the house to find the little one. After few minutes, khanak and shaan came and stand near the place where she was sitting below the table.

Khanak : khwaishhhhhhhh………………pata nai  kahan chali gayi yeh ladki , tch

Shaan : we have searched her everywhere ………….kahan ja sakti hai  who ?

They both were talking about her and there she came out crawling from below the table silently seeing her mumma and papa . They didn’t looked downwards so that they could see her . Khwaish  holds khanak’s  pants with her little fingers in order to  stand , but it startled khanak as she didn’t expected her , she jumped and moved towards shaan screaming loudly ………..

Khanak : ouch!! Mummaaaaaa ………..shaan,  somethings is crawling on my legs .

Shaan looked confused and looked downwards while khanak was hugging him tightly holding his shirt . He starts laughing loudly seeing the cutie-pie and the way she scared khanak .

Shanak : look here ,………kitna bada wala baau(insect) hai

Khanak was confused seeing him laughing and she too looked backward and found the cutie-pie still kneeling on floor  looking at them confused ,as if saying ‘ abhi toh khwaish khwaish kar rahe the , ab mein aa gayi toh mumma bhaag gayi ‘.

Shaan moved towards her , bend down and picked her up taking her in her strong arms and gave a loving kiss on her forehead .

Shaan : kahan tha mera baby itni derr se ? mumma papa ne kitna dhunda aapko ? kitna bulaya ‘ khwaish khwaish ‘ , aapne phir bhi nayi suna ? hmm ?

He was talking to her in baby voice, while khanak too came near them after keeping her breadth normal

Khanak : gunda baby hai yeh ……….iski na ab pitti karni padegi ……….kahin bhi ghuss ke baithi rahegi , ki koi dhund bhi nayi pata aur phir nikal ke aayegi kissi kone se , which no one can even think about …………………chuhiya ( baby rat) thi kya pichale janam mein ? hmm?

Khwaish giggled hearing her mumma as if understood the reference which she made and then placed her head on shaan’s shoulders.

Khanak looked towards the place from where she came out as she sensed something fishy …..That how come she was silently sitting at a place since so long and didn’t even care to hear her parents voice. She looked towards the way and was shocked to see the mess below the centre table and couch, the sticky fiber above the rug making it dirty all over. She was speechless for a while even to react. Shaan looked towards khanak and was confused to see her action, ……looked at the direction where she was looking continuously . He too was shocked to see the mess and sensed the trouble for the little one . In order to save the little one from the wrath, he asked khanak to move quickly as they were getting late.

Shaan : khanak ……….lets go

Khanak : ek minutes , let me talk to her first

Shaan : haan baad mein karna …chalo abhi

Khanak : shaan ………..

Shaan : nayi , if you stay more,  than again you have go and set your hairs and make-up and all , and will take other 2 hours to get ready . I m starving now,…………..chalo jaldi

Khanak was confused to his reaction as he literally dragged her from place not letting her speak and whenever she tries to speak , he cuts in between …………..Shaan took khwaish bag , hand it to khanak and asked her to lock the doors . Khanak did as asked, as he didn’t gave her a choice or chance to speak. All this while he didn’t let khwaish to go to khanak as he knows it will be dangerous if he let them together now. Generally its shaan who locked the doors and khanak holds khwaish and her bag both , but today he didn’t  gave khwaish to khanak and asked her to lock the doors , which was enough to sow the seeds of doubt in khanak’s mind that he knows the matter about which she wants to  talk  and in order to save the little one , he did all this . It infuriated her more and she did all the task mechanically as he asked without talking to him. They descended downstairs silently and moved towards the parking area …..shaan holding khwaish and  khanak waited for them  outside . shaan took her along with her in his arms as he didn’t want her to give to khanak .

Shaan : Motu , kya badmaashi kiya aapne ? mumma abhi pitti karegi aapki

Khwaish looked at him with shocked as if asking ‘ab, maine kya kiya ? ‘

Shaan : table ke neeche kisne ganda kiya sab ?

Khwaish giggled loudly when he opened the car door least bothered about the mumma’s boiling temperature.

Shaan nodded hopelessly and smiled deeply to see the cute and heartily laughter of the little one, in anticipation that now they are going for outing.

Shaan : mera chota baby ….muaahhhh
