Khwaish Part 11

Shaan and khanak was sleeping peacefully , when suddenly shaan felt some soft movement above him but he was feeling lazy to open up his eyes , but when it doesn’t stopped even after few minutes , he open up his eyes with a loving smile only to see that a cute, innocent and beautiful little kid was looking at him with a lovely smile and  a giggling expression as her effort of last 10 minutes  to wake up her dad is successful at last and shaan smiled back to see her  elated face and  thanked God  , to gift that lovely creature to them , to be witnessed to see that lovely smile early in the morning, which makes his day pleasant and he forgets all the worries just by seeing her happy , to be her father and to take care of her , to protect her from every little or big hurdles and never ever let any sadness to be near her  and to give her everything which she asked for .

She moved closer to him and climbed above him to put her one leg across him and sat on his tummy with a broad smile, shaan raised his hand with a smile and hold her so that she didn’t get fall .

She moved closer and rests her head on his chest with a giggle. shaan smiled and squeezed her tightly while she is resting above him .

Shaan : Gud morning my doll, my alarm clock , which clicked exactly at 6 : 00 AM to wake me up , hmm ? Whom did you woke up in this last week ??

Khwaish was still laying peacefully, secured by her father’s protective arm  above his chest , and shaan caressed her back with his palm which is equal to the size of his daughter’s waist .Khanak woke up after listening to this noises and waked up to see what’s happening around , only to see  that duo having their cherish able moment .

Khanak : to Jai

Shaan was surprised to the reference.

Shaan : Jai ?

Khanak : yup , You know na, that ma woke up early in the morning to get her work at proper time , so after waking up , she took

khwaish along with her  to jai’s room to make her sleep there , so that I didn’t get disturbed. You know every day she woke up jai , by patting him here and there till he respond

Shaan : I know  that , how  stubborn she is , if she wants something , she didn’t let it go till she gets it . but what surprises me is that she never wake you but only me .

Shaan makes innocent face with his statement and khanak smiled widely with a victorious expression

Khanak : it’s because she knows that her mumma is so tired and needs rest as she  feeds and plays with her when she woke up at night , but papa sleeps peacefully whole night , so to  get entertained herself, she wakes you up and not me .

Shaan : youuuuuu  ??  Wait, I will talk to you later about this and will give you nice punishment for that.

Khanak giggled with his statement and stepped closer to him, and put her hand above khwaish too.

Shaan : didn’t Jai complained  for this, that why ma makes her sleep beside him daily and he had to woke up so early .

Khanak : NEVER , he just loves it , aur waise bhi he is also an early bird , who wake up early , but she is more early bird then him too , but it didn’t matter much for him and I m sure  he would missed her a lot.

After waking up they both just don’t let anyone sleep ……….they play, shout, spreads things here and there …………. etc etc , longgg list to narrate . ……….Baba re , pura ghar sir pe utha lete the , and the whole house seems like a play ground , everything should be scattered in the ground and if not this little kid of us make it happen,  and poor ma had to clean everything , her favorite activity was to spread water . ……….You remember there is always a small earthen pot kept at the corner of ma’s room filled with water, so that they didn’t had to go kitchen to have water at night ? ………….If we didn’t keep an eye on her even for a second, she immediately crawled towards ma’s room to spread that water, and even got succeeded once, she stands up holding its stand , dipped the glass in it and started spreading water from it on the floor ,………….. when we didn’t saw her  near us , we started searching for her and found her doing it, poor ma had stopped filling that pot only . :P

Shaan was surprised to hear the naughty acts of his little child.

Shaan : sweety pie , you troubled so much to nani , now nani will never ask you to come to her place .

Khwaish raised her head to hear the word nani and looked hear and there, expected to see the glimpse of nani , but didn’t find anyone except her parents .she just looked back at them with innocent look on her pretty face

Shaan and khanak looked at each other and smiled, they both thought same thing that khwaish was looking for ma.

Shaan : sweety , nani kahan hai ?

Khawaish again looked at him with innocent look and curved her lips in a oval shape   , then she asked slowly “ mama “

Khanak and shaan looked surprisingly at each other , to see the attachment between jai and khwaish in just a week, and now their daughter is missing him.

Shaan  streached his  hand to take his Iphone and called Jai, he took the call after just two rings only .

Shaan : hey buddy !

Jai : Hey shaan , calling me at this hour , Is everything ok ??

Shaan : yup , everything is ok , just called to tell you that  your  little niece  is missing her mama , so early in the morning , as she didn’t get the partner to give her company to do naughtiness whole heartedly .

Jai smiled widely to know that she also missing him as he was also missing her a lot since the time she went away .

Jai : aww…… I m missing her too, ………. a lott and even waked up early too, but she was not there beside me today .

Shaan smiled lovingly and felt proud that her daughter is getting love from so many people, khanak who was listening everything as he kept the phone at speaker, she too smiled and was emotional too at the same time , khwaish  gets elated to hear the voice and make a chirping sound with her giggling laughter .

Jai smiled too hear her voice and felt to have her in her arms immediately and squeezed her tightly and to play with her. But, he kept quiet for few minutes as a lump in his throat didn’t let him to say anything .

Shaan : hello jai ??...................Are you there??

Jai (after composing himself): ya , I m here .

Shaan : so buddy , my doll is asking whether mama is coming or not to give her company ?

Jai : Ya, will come in the afternoon  with ma .

Shaan : Okk, but come soon , our flight is at 10PM , so we had to  leave from home by 8 PM

Jai : ya

They bid their  ‘ gud bye  ‘ . then shaan kept his phone back on side table and turned his face to see  elated face of khwaish who was still sitting above him on his stomach .

Shaan : sweety chalein neeche , dadi must be waiting for you too .

Khanak : ya , mom must be waiting for us for morning tea .

Shaan : you take care of  her , I m coming in a while

Shaan kissed khwaish’s forhead and detached her from him  “ Sweety pie , will be back soon “ .
