Khwaish Part 12

Shaan kept her at bed and moved towards the washroom, khwaish looked at him till he was visible but when he closed the door she turned her neck and looked at khanak , who smiled to see her . khwaish snuggled towards khanak’s tummy, rest her head on her tummy and started licking her thumb. Khanak caressed her hair lovingly from her fingers, take her hand slowly near khwaish’s mouth and take out her thumb from her mouth. 

Khanak : Gudiya , bhukku lagi na , papa ayenge phir aap dadi ke paas jana aur woh aapko cerelac khila dengi , hai na , mumma will come later , okk ?

Khwaish didn’t say anything but just looking at her as if understood everything  while still laying her head on her mother’s tummy , who was caressing her hair with her fingers lovingly. She moves upward and then rest her head beside khanak’s  head and curled her hand on khanak’s neck , khanak took her hand around her and turned herself to kiss khwaish lovingly and hugged her back and felt blessed to have her in her life.

Shaan came back after doing his morning rituals after few minutes, and  smiled widely to see the way mother and daughter are hugging each other as if they are  meeting  with each other  after ages

Shaan : Kya ho raha hai ma – beti ke beech ? Papa ko pareshan karne ka naya plan toh nayi bana rahe ho dono milke ?

Khanak giggled listening his statement and khwaish turned too to hear his voice with elated face

Shaan :  seeing the smile of both the devils , I m scared now .

Khanak : Shut Up ,………..aur waise  bhi , its very bad timing , our plan of how to torture you,  was about to complete but  didn’t reached at the conclusion , and  you came back , hmphh.

Shaan chuckled and came back near them,  took khwaish in his arm.

Shaan : this little devil is less dangerous, I guess , till bigger one is away from her  , so I m taking her along with me , but the bigger devil is very dangerous , didn’t have courage to take her with me, so you come down by yourself , but be quick .

Khanak : I will take some time , will come after taking bath

Shaan : Bath ?? ……… so early in the morning??

Khanak : ya, waise bhi mujhe change toh karna hi hai , toh will just take a quick shower before that .

Shaan : okk, as you wish , I m taking her along with me , mom will make her eat , you get ready by that time .

Khanak smiled and shaan moved towards the door. Sunil,  madhavi and dadi  was sitting in the garden area of Khandelwal House beside the pool area , and having their morning tea along with reading newspaper .

Shaan came towards them and asked Khwaish to say ‘ jai ‘ , which she did lovingly with a smile.

Dadi : arrey tum dono jaldi uthh gaye ?

Shaan : dadi , its her routine to wake up at 6  and then not let me sleep too.

Madhvi : Wow! It’s a good habits to wake up early in the morning .

Shaan didn’t say anything but just smiled and madhavi leaned towards him to take khwaish in her arms from him

Madhavi : She must be hungry , what will she take ?

Shaan : Mom, cerelac

Madhavi : okk, I will just come back and will take coffee for you too , and what about khanak ?

Shaan : mom, she is coming in a while , then she will take whatever she feels like .

Madhavi : okk

Madhavi stood up, gave khwaish to sunil and moved towards the house.

Sunil  : aww… my little princess

Dadi : ya she is actually the princess of our family , its after 4 generation that a girl had born in our family.

Sunil : Haan ma, aur  jo hamare business aur family ke liye bahut lucky hai . On the day of her birth we got one international deal , for which we were sending quotations since last 15 years but never succeeded but  we got it this year, just after few minutes of her birth .

Dadi, sunil and shaan smiled lovingly and khwaish was still sitting in her dadaji’s lap like an innocent child , which surprises shaan to no end . After few minutes of staying quite  while sunil was going on and on praising that how lucky is khwaish for them . khwaish then moved towards upward, stand on his tigh holding sunil’s shirt collar and took out his glasses with all her force which she can apply .

Shaan chuckled and laughed loudly as he was expecting something like that only , he was surprised to see that how his child is sitting quietly at someone’s lap and not doing any mysterious act , but she never forget to surprise him by her deeds and is so similar to her mother who does the same , he smiled inwardly that how they both just surprise him with their act and this little acts of them made his day , when he remembers it in some stress filled day or hour in his office and it refreshed him and boost up to do work with more passion and devotion . sunil just smiled and gave her his glasses lovingly, shaan tried to get it back from her but she was just not ready to gave it and applied all her force for not letting anyone to take it back, shaan gave up and nodded hopelessly to even try to take it back as he knows that his stubborn child will not give it, till she wants.

Madhavi came back taking a bowl of cerelac for khwaish and coffee for shaan , and Aryan too came along with her

Madhavi kept tray on the centre table to let her cerelac cool for some time and sat with the group , Shaan called aryan towards him , aryan came towards him and sat on his lap, khwaish saw this after distracting her focus from sunil’s glasses

Shaan : Gud morning Aryan

Aryan : Gud morning chachu .

Aryan was holding a boll filled with fiber in the cot soul cloth , shaan gave a quick glance at khwaish to see what she is doing , but was surprised to see her looks,  which was constantly on aryan’s boll like an eagle’s focus on its prey, shaan chuckled and thought to prepare himself for the upcoming war which is just about to start anytime soon, but didn’t took any step to avoid it as he loves to see the  tussuls between  khwaish and Aryan .

 Khwaish’s attention was constantly on it till she saw Aryan coming and now she started winning and leaned towards shaan, shaan nodded again with a smile and took her in his arm and make her sit in his leg , opposite to Aryan, everyone thought that due to hunger she is doing like that , so madhavi took the spoon filled with cerelac and came near  Khwaish and tried to feed her but she turned her face immediately in denial , madhavi tried again but again she refused , shaan asked her to let it be immediate response after reaching near Aryan was to catch that boll with as much force as she can and tried to take it , Aryan being elder has more strength than her , he trid too with as much force as he can to keep his boll away from her and not let her take it , when he succeeded in snatching it from her , he ran towards sunil , khwaish too moved  from shaan’s lap and crawled behind him with as much  speed as she can .

Shaan and every one present their was amused to see this and was enjoying it , shaan  took his Iphone and started recording everything to savor the moment  . Khwaish after reaching towards sunil hold his pant and tried to stand up , Aryan by that time moved towards other side behind sunil , to be away from her.

Aryan : Dadaji , yeh dekho meri boll lene aayi hai , yeh meri boll hai , mein nayi dunga isko 

Sunil : Beta , yeh aapki choti behan hai na , dedo isko boll , phir yeh toh aaj chali bhi jayegi chacha chachi ke saath phir tum khelte rahna uss boll se .

Aryan : nayi mein nayi dunga , yeh meri boll hai

Sunil : haan beta tumhari hai , but yeh dekho na , yeh bhi toh tumse choti hai , isko bhi khelna hai

Aryan run away , when he saw that khwaish came near him again by crawling while he was busy in chatting with dadaji , khwaish too crawled behind him again and the people witnessing the act had great laughter time  early in the morning and nobody went behind them to stop them and was just enjoying their little play, Khwaish after getting failed in her attempts, she sat in between only , above the grass and looked at him with the killer look , raised his one hand and pointed her  index finger  towards him and screamed loudly...........Khanak who just came and was unaware of the whole situation, moved immediately towards khwaish , took her in her arms “ Kya hua meri guddiya ko , kyun chilla rahi hai itna subah subah ? “

Khwaish looked back at her and again pointed towards Aryan with her little index finger , khanak looked towards Aryan and his boll and understood the whole situation , she took khwaish along with her  towards Aryan 

Khanak : Aryan , come here

Aryan came towards her

Khanak : Beta , isse bhi khila lo apne saath

Aryan : chachi isse meri boll chahiye , yeh mujhe wapis nayi degi phir , yeh meri favourite boll hai

Khanak :  nayi beta, aisa nayi hai , yeh tumhe de degi tumhari boll , tum iske saath kheloge toh yeh bhi khelegi , accha chalo mere saath kheloge ??

Aryan smiled and nodded to say ‘ yes’

Khanak sat on the grass and keep khwaish on her lap and asked Aryan to be away and throw  the boll towards them  to play catch – catch .

Shaan recorded everything and he joined too but was on shaan’s side , khwaish immediately get down from khanak’s lap and crawled towards shaan , shaan took her in his arm “ kya hua sweety ? “

Khanak : didn’t you get it ?

Shaan nodded cluelessly

Khanak : Its because you are in aryan’s side and she just cant see her dad to hold or play with anybody else .

Shaan was surprised to hear it and looked back at khwaish with lovingly and hugged her tightly .........“ Aww, my sweet heart , i love you so much “ .
